Audience A is American nursing students—especially nurse practitioner students—who need a qualified preceptor for practicum or clinical rotation requirements.
Audience B is licensed clinicians, especially nurse practitioners and other eligible preceptors, who are willing to host students when a fit exists.
The problem we work on
Many programs expect students to identify a preceptor and site, then submit that arrangement for university approval. Students often struggle with specialty match, geography, paperwork, and timing. Clinicians who would precept may never hear from a student whose needs actually fit.
How matching works
